The label was inspired by the “Nioitatsubosumire”(Viola obtusa Makino) named by Dr. Tomitaro Makino, a botanist from Kochi Prefecture.
It is recommended as an aperitif and pairs well with sliced fresh tomatoes and blue cheese.
