Refreshing Bubbles and Gentle Sweetness

A Lightly Sparkling Usunigori Sake, Perfect for Aperitifs and Celebratory Toasts

This Junmai Ginjo usunigori sake features a lightly cloudy appearance and a naturally refreshing effervescence.
The fine bubbles are created through natural in-bottle secondary fermentation, offering a delicate texture and a pleasant, lively sensation on the palate.

Pouring into the glass releases a fruity aroma reminiscent of banana, followed by a soft mouthfeel and a hint of sweetness.
Its fresh character—unique to namazake (unpasteurized sake)—is beautifully balanced with lightness and drinkability, making it a sake you’ll want to return to again and again.
